Where Has the Time Gone?

Here's an update on what we have been up to the past month.  Notice that I changed the subtitle of the blog from "365 Days of Jack, Bella and Teddy" to "Everyday Happenings of Jack, Bella and Teddy" because, who I am kidding, I stopped blogging everyday a long time ago. :)

Jack and Bella got free tickets to a Clippers baseball game after completing the library's summer reading program.  The food was their favorite thing about the game. (Baseball is so slow!)  Here they are enjoying a push-up ice cream treat.

We let Teddy have a taste too!

He loved it!

On Fridays during the summer months at the Columbus Commons (the new park where City Center used to be) they have all kinds of activities for kids.  You can ride the merry-go-round for free, jump in a bouncy tent, and all other sorts of neat things.  Here are Jack and Bella enjoying our morning there.

Labor Day weekend we had so much fun at the Saint Michael Festival.  Jack and Bella loved riding the rides and playing games.  Aaron won them each a goldfish (which died a week later!)

Jack has been doing so well at preschool.  He got to be the Star Student this week.  He got to make a poster all about himself to share with the class and bring his favorite book for Miss Gina to read to the class.  Most days after school he participates in Lunch Bunch.  I pack him a lunch and he gets to eat and play with his classmates after his school day is over.  He loves it!
But, everyday when I pick him up he always asks me if Bella and Teddy missed him while he was at school. So sweet!  Here he is playing with Teddy once day after school.

He also had his dental check up.  How cute does he look?!

Bella is adjusting well to Jack going to school.  Sometimes while he is in school she will ask me, "Where's Jack?"  She misses him, but she likes like the extra attention she gets while he is away.  She would love to stay in Jack's classroom with him and when we pick him up she runs up to him, shouts, "Jack!" and gives him a hug.  She is also becoming quite the fashionista!  Look at her walk in Mommy's high heel shoes.

Look at her in Mommy's sunglasses.  Watch out Jackie O!

My little Teddy is 7 months old already!

He sits with Bella in the cart at the grocery store.

He looks so sweet when he wakes up from his nap.

He can hold his own bottle now.
(I've been giving him a bottle twice a day and nursing him the other times.  Gotta admit I love the freedom that comes with the bottle.)

His two bottom teeth broke through this past weekend!

He has been feeding himself teething biscuits.

He is the most laid back, patient, and sweetest baby I have ever seen!

So, that is what we have been up to the past month.

See you real soon! :)
